Both WordPress.org and Reddit are increasingly blocking new signups with over aggressive anti-spam measures, or just censoring and deleting posts constantly

what are some discussion sites to post questions or promote your WordPress products and services?

I will start with wpdir.org/forum/

Anonymous posting allowed for anyone at anytime, no registration or login required
