customer support is now overseas workers who never read your ticket, you have send them repeat tickets, it takes forever to complete the request form.

plus basic debugging information has still never been addressed after years and years

Just no improvement in their UI, error messages, debug info… idk what Sectigo has planned, but not impressed so far

They just announced 90 day retention of backups, that’s nice but like 5 years too late.

Everyone has moved on to other solutions like Updraft etc. I use CodeGuard for only a few critical sites now, along with other solutions on those sites.
